Hello and happy November everyone!
Now more than ever it is important to stay connected and reach out to each other. Feelings of loneliness and isolation can have a negative effect on mental and physical health. Sometimes having someone to chat with can make a big difference. If you are interested in staying social and would like to sign up to receive a confidential call from a fellow Verona Senior Center member, please call Lauren at (608) 848-0434. Phone calls will last about 15-20 minutes and all content and participant information will be kept confidential. Don’t forget to wear your mask and stay safe!
