Signing Up for Programs
Please be sure to RSVP as space for certain programs will be limited. Priority will be given to those who have registered ahead of time. If you are a regular attendee for regular non-fee programs, for example, cards, bingo, or meditation, you may sign up for 3 months at a time. Signups for programs with a fee will vary.
In addition, as our programs continue to grow, so does our need for volunteers. For more information about volunteering, please see page 25 in the Chronicle.
Weather Reminders
The City of Verona believes that providing a public warming and cooling center during extreme temperature conditions will help protect citizens that would otherwise be exposed to those extreme conditions. Because of this, both the Senior Center and the Verona Public Library have been designated warming and cooling centers. Both buildings will be open even when Verona schools are closed. In the event that the Senior Center closes, our website, phones, and social media will be updated.
