$50 Punch Card for 10 Classes (punch card does not expire)

This exercise program is a mixture of aerobic exercises, weight training, mobility and balance improvement. We use stretch bands and balls.

Regardless of age, regular exercise improves strength, flexibility, stamina, bone mass and posture. The ‘Keeping Fit’ exercise program is a mixture of aerobic exercises, weight training, mobility and balance improvement.
