Looking to improve your posture and balance or do you want to sleep through the night without rushing to the bathroom? Work on balance, strength and flexibility while incorporating exercises that enhance your pelvic floor. This medically-based fitness and educational program has been shown in research to improve bladder control. During the class, participants will also learn key tips and topics related to optimal bladder and pelvic health.
**Participants must be able to get down and up off the floor independently.
