Yoga Flow with Rachel

 

Mondays 12:30 pm & 1:45 pm

Join Rachel for a floor based yoga class that emphasizes proper alignment, body awareness, movement mechanics and balance through dynamic and gentle sequences.

Participants must be able to transfer to the floor independently. $5 per class. Please bring your own mat and yoga strap. Call the Senior Center to sign up.
