Top Five Reasons to Visit VSC This Month


1. Virtual Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi
If you have not checked out our virtual programs, you don’t want to miss these new classes.   See pages 13 and 14 in the Chronicle


2. Cardio Kickboxing!!
This is a great way to get your heart pumping.  Be sure to check out all of our self-care opportunities starting on page 13 in the Chronicle.   Class is free in September.


3. New Acupuncture
Starting in September, we will welcome another self-care provider to VSC.  Dr. Joe Zirneskie will be offering acupuncture on Mondays and Wednesdays starting September 7th.   For details about acupuncture, please see page 12.


4. Stepping On, a Fall Prevention Workshop
This 7-week class will start September 12th.   For details please see page 26.


5. Caregiver Workshop
This program will teach participants not only communication techniques but also support strategies that improve the health care and caregiving for older adults.  Be sure to register early as spots are limited.  Please see details on page 19 in the Chronicle.

Low Vision Machine

Have you tried our new low vision reader? Thanks to Attic Angels we now have a low vision reader available to anyone who’d like to use it. It’s located in the main room and can be used any time we are open.
