As we continue to move through the “Dog Days on Summer”, I find myself looking both backwards and forwards. I can’t believe that summer is almost over, yet I’m excited to what Fall will bring to the Senior Center.
First, I’m excited to announce we’ve hired a new Case Manager, Drake Deno. Drake comes to us with experience in both long term care and community social work. Be sure to stop by and meet Drake on Friday, August 6th during coffee hour.
I’d also like to welcome back the Vet’s Group. The Vet’s Group will meet on the second Tuesday of the month starting at 2 PM. All veterans are welcome!
Free Blood Pressure Clinic:
We are excited to welcome Verona EMS for a FREE blood
pressure clinic. The clinic will be held on Wednesday, August 25th between 9 – 10 AM.
